Back last year in June, I grouped together with some amazing vendors to put together my first big inspiration shoot ever! And it was great fun, I tell ya that! We spent two full days doing things we love, with people we love. Along with my dearest girls, Pia of peaches and mint and Fiona of FlowerUp and the amazingly fun and talented guys of sequence five, we pulled up this absolutely pinworthy lush summer wedding styled shoot, in the prettiest colors. Actually my current favorite colors containing gold, peach, cream and hints of mint. The goal was to generate some lovely images for the new wedding brochure for Gärtnerei Wartholz, a super sweet and serene place to get married and celebrate with your friends and family. It´s the perfect surrounding to have a great feast. Birgit Kuntner, the bankettmanager of this venue is a true gem and a wonderful person, and since I originally come from that town, I felt honored to have the possiblity to work on that project and infuse this shoot with my creative ideas. Tob e honest, this inspiration shoot is actually the one, I am most proud of. One reason is, it was my first big styled shoot and second – and I think that´s the main reason – I already had a few brides showing up with these images on our first consultation, telling me that this is exactly how they want it! And that really feels good, especially when you are new to that business and actually EVERYTHING is new! The table was set under a viennese art nouveau pavilion, which luckily already had the perfect peach linens. And did you recognize that backdrop? Isn´t this view over the mountains simply jaw dropping?! Needless to say that Pia worked her magic on film only for this shoot.
To create the desired garden feeling for this lush summer wedding shoot I used fresh herbs for the table plan, added some lemons and berries to the drinkstation and that organic bouquet and centerpiece Fiona created for us, looked like freshly picked from the garden.
And here I present you my absolute favorite image of this whole shoot. Fiona and Michi debuting as our newly wed-models with the sweetest smile ever. I am pretty sure, this is her happy face : )
I feel very blessed to have such great people around me, who are spending their precious time and incredible talent and products on projects like this. We also had the pleasure to be featured with this shoot on wedding sparrow and the E-magazine of Hochzeitsguide too. And below, I am happy to share with you the making of videography-glory by the talented guys of sequence five. Seriously, check them out! These guys are great and fun and cute and believe me, you really wanna be surrounded with these two sweethearts on your big day.
Here you will find all the participating vendors who made this all happen. Make sure to show them some love, will ya?
